Type: Part-time (covering school lock-up)

Responsibilities:

  • Locking and school buildings as required
  • Ensuring general security of the site
  • Routine maintenance of school buildings and grounds (e.g., changing light bulbs, painting, minor plumbing)
  • Cleaning duties, including litter, bins, and toilets
  • Overseeing external contractors visiting the school site
  • Supporting school policies and procedures related to child safeguarding and data protection

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a caretaker in an educational setting
  • Self-motivated and conscientious
  • Ability to create a welcoming and safe environment for the school community
