About the Role

  • Building relationships with UK commercial brokers to educate and inform of your service offering
  • Helping to onboard brokers to the portal and provide any necessary support
  • Closely and proactively working with brokers to generate and pursue business leads
  • Outbound sales and account management, to onboard new brokers to their portfolio as well as appropriately managing existing brokers
  • Generating consistent revenue for the business


About the Candidate

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial broking – and looking to take that to the next level
  • Someone who is passionate about working in a start up environment and has a hunger to be successful
  • Fantastic communication skills – both in person and over the phone
  • Strong desire to progress and potentially lead a team within the company
  • Ability to be able to work towards weekly and monthly targets
