Position Overview:

============

We are seeking a talented Supply Chain & WMS Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) within complex supply chain environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, combined with technical expertise in architecting and implementing WMS solutions.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges related to supply chain management.

Design end-to-end supply chain solutions that integrate warehouse management systems (WMS) with other supply chain applications and processes.

Develop comprehensive solution architectures, technical designs, and implementation plans for WMS projects.

Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of WMS platforms to meet client needs and specifications.

Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, including developers, analysts, and engineers, throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct system assessments and audits to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in existing supply chain processes.

Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and warehouse operations.

Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and develop compelling proposals for supply chain solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

8+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Strong hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), such as By Dispatcher, Manhattan Associates, SAP EWM, or Oracle WMS.

Proven track record of designing and implementing complex supply chain solutions in diverse industries.

Excellent understanding of supply chain processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.

Experience with system integration technologies and methodologies, such as APIs, EDI, and middleware.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Certifications in relevant technologies and methodologies (e.g., APICS, PMP, TOGAF) are a plus.
