You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers and promoting our comprehensive suite of cranes and lifting products and services.

The opportunity:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our market presence and increase revenue within the designated territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, preferences and challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to address customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials, presentations and campaigns to showcase our products and services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations and contract negotiations in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Monitor sales activities, track performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales forecasts, market trends and competitive analysis.

You'll be the ideal candidate for this position if you have:

  • A demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within the crane and lifting industry.
  • A results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • A strong understanding of crane and lifting equipment products, applications and market dynamics (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
