A bit about the role…


We are looking for someone to join our growing team to develop ILLVZN’s online presence. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for delivering the organic social strategy whilst managing the day to day delivery of activity across all social media platforms. You will use your creative skills to grow our platform, producing engaging content whilst also using your analytical skills to explore usage data. You will facilitate customer service and own our social projects and campaigns.



What is involved in the role?


  • Manage day to day activity across all social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & TikTok)
  • Orgainse and create pre-planned content for all platforms
  • Be consistent and timely, scheduling at least 3 posts per week on all social platforms
  • Creating a strategy to engage customers with story posts whilst being tactical
  • Working with our customer service team to assist with unsettled disputes whilst monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and direct messages
  • Create reports using our analytics to pivot strategy
  • Be informative, offering advice on how to improve our current social media approach, using data analysis
  • Stay ahead of the game with new trends and popular content
  • Increase our all around social media presence, with a focus on building our TikTok by creating catchy and captivating content
  • Content creation
  • Offer a fresh creative approach to our social media and having an input with organising our photoshoots.
  • Being organised and strategic with content prior to photo/video shoots gathering sufficient content to excellently execute your social media plans
  • Attend and take ownership of all social media accounts during our underground style ILLVZN events providing BTS content to our followers
  • Liaise with our graphic design team to ensure your vision for the content is feasible within the timeframe



We’re looking for someone who:


  • Is looking to get involved with a growing luxury urban clothing brand joining our journey
  • Proficient and experienced in social media platforms and management
  • Is knowledgeable of our brand and our customer needs
  • Is organised with great time management skills
  • Is a team player and able to work with a variety of individuals within the creative team
  • Is able to work independently, offering fresh creative ideas to improve our social presence and drive our engagement
  • Is a problem-solver, using their initiative to find solutions whilst communicating their knowledge to the team


Essential experience:

● Social media management for a consumer brand (1 year+)

● Creating social media campaigns


Desirable (not limited to having):

● Graphic design/Adobe Suite

● Working with paid ads creatives


Salary: Competitive

Location: Camden Town - working to GMT timezone

Part Time/Full Time: Initial freelance basis, with opportunity to progress into full time role.
