What we are looking for

We are looking for an energetic and resourceful individual who is primarily client-facing, a great people/project manager and relationship builder with a strong interest in how data, technology, and analytics solutions enable marketing processes. You will need to have some experience of working in a media agency. It is a bonus if you have a background in AdTech or MarTech.

This role would suit an ambitious, highly motivated, and organised individual. One who is a problem-solver who can work through complexity and ambiguity, manage the day-to-day project delivery, and spend time crafting relationships across the organisation.


What you’ll do:

Client relationship management

  • Build strong client relationships and support the Solutions Director in the delivery of consulting and management services
  • Provide support to agency client teams
  • Manage client project timelines and delivery

Omni & Annalect solution design & optimisation

  • Support Solutions Director and specialist teams on designing solutions using Omni & Annalect capabilities, to optimise client data, technology & analytics (DTA) capabilities
  • Support development of accompanying business cases and scopes of work.

Project delivery

  • Manage Omni & Annalect solution development and delivery
  • Assist with client-focused project tasks (e.g. requirements gathering, milestone reviews)
  • Collate & action Annalect solution user feedback

Business Development

  • Input into pitch RFIs & RFPs
  • Support on development of client growth plans
  • Manage Annalect sales pipeline
  • Demo Omni apps and Annalect capabilities

Go-to-market approach

  • Support on creation of go-to-market strategy for Annalect capabilities
  • Disseminate thought leadership materials
  • Be the ‘voice of the customer’ to feed into Annalect capability product roadmap


The ideal candidate:

  • Has client-facing experience within the area of data-driven marketing. They have worked in analytics, ad tech, digital or a data-specific role, ideally in a multi-client environment (e.g., agency or consultancy)
  • Must have a genuine passion for data-driven marketing, how it can drive real impact for a client’s business and for every consumer’s experience.
  • Should be highly organised and able to project manage multiple projects with multiple matrix teams.
  • Is a great communicator, and relationship-builder, able to gain the trust of both clients and colleagues.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment, networking, and building new relationships.
  • Is a pragmatic thinker.
  • Is keen to learn and be conversant in latest innovations in data-driven marketing.


Annalect – Who we are

We have built a variety of innovative services and specialist solutions that help brands grow. We build and maintain Omni (Omnicom’s marketing orchestration and insights platform), which gives agency and client teams access to our capabilities as well as the ability to integrate and combine their own data and technology assets with our own. Omni has over 30,000 active users and is recognized in the industry as a leading marketing cloud platform. We continuously innovate the platform’s capabilities to ensure our clients stay ahead in data-driven marketing.


Our team is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe, supported by global and regional team hubs in New York, London, Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.


The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional client relationships led from London, as well as the development of new, regionally relevant data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.


Solutions team – Who we are

Our Solutions team uses data, technology, and analytics to solve performance challenges for our clients and unlock new growth opportunities. They tap into our Omni applications, Annalect capabilities and best-of-breed third-party assets to do so.


The team is responsible for Annalect business development, go-to-market strategy, revenue generation, client workstream oversight and relationship building with our agency partners and clients.


Solutions team members work alongside our Omni enablement team, helping to ensure we are applying our Omni apps to our clients’ challenges to achieve maximum client benefit. They work alongside our specialist Annalect teams (data science, data operations, data privacy & ethics, product development) to ensure we provide valuable data, technology and analytics services to our clients.


Therefore, members of the solutions team need to have a broad knowledge across topics including marketing decisioning, 1/2/3P data-informed audience planning, budget optimisation, consumer journey planning, personalization, marketing activation, advanced measurement solutions, reporting and data operations. In addition, they will specialise in one of our three core specialist capability areas (audience, measurement, data operations), defining its go-to-market approach.

They are responsible for ensuring our work has a significant client impact, as well as being pragmatic and efficient in managing our specialist team resources and their utilisation. They define the scope of work with the client, agree the commercial terms and ensure we can deliver on time and on budget, balancing competing resource requirements across clients.
