As our Senior Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for the following:

You’ll work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment, working with a team to partner with clients in solving their challenges and hitting their objectives.

You will need experience developing creator-led strategy and creator-led campaigns for leading brands.

Working from our London office, you will need a creative mind, the ability to inspire others, and a passion for thinking outside the box.

The role's focus is on delivering brilliant work for our clients and partnering with other divisions to help shape the business.

Client vision and strategy - Working with the creative strategy team, you’ll need to deliver client work that positions HYDP at the forefront of the creator economy. You will be responsible for implementing innovative processes and creating new offerings.

Creative strategy - You will be responsible for the ideation, strategy, and development of high-quality creative campaigns.

Management - You will be ready to manage a team of creative strategists in the future while being directly accountable for delivering client work.

Relationship management—This role requires client-facing skills. You will present strategy and creative ideas to the account management and sales team in pitch situations.

Process management - You will be responsible for implementing the strategic and creative process at the agency. You will need to ensure projects are delivered to our high standards on time and in brief.
