You will support the Major Projects & TRU Director and their Senior Leadership Team at TransPennine Express by providing a proactive, high quality and fully confidential seamless support service working both on your own initiative and collaboratively with the wider Directorate and integrated Programme Management Office team, as well as with our industry partners.

You'll ideally have experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role and be able to demonstrate outstanding organisational skills able to communicate professionally at all levels. You will be flexible, have a calm supporting manner and resilience. Attention to detail is key, you will be able to meet tight deadlines while working under pressure, prioritising, and dealing with conflicting demands where necessary. There is a requirement to take minutes at meetings in this role, shorthand would be advantageous but not a requirement.
