Responsibilities


As Production Manager you will play a critical role in the successful operation of the manufacturing plant, ensuring seamless and continuous production of green chemicals. You will be responsible for the line management of a team of 10+ operators ensuring performance and contributing to team development.


Alongside your leadership responsibility you will ensure the manufacturing plant adheres to governmental environmental standards & legislation, and ensuring SOPs for product manufacture is in-line with these standards.


Candidate Requirements


  • Demonstrable Experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably within the chemical or pharmaceutical industry, although other regulated industries will be considered
  • Knowledge of SEPA regulatory standards
  • Prior experience in operational excellence
  • Six Sigma qualification is desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of PCS7 SCADA is beneficial
