Overall Purpose of the Role
As the Hub/Showroom Manager, you will spearhead the success of Sanremo UK's London Showroom, a global landmark for coffee excellence. You will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, provide exceptional customer service and support the team in delivering an unparalleled Sanremo experience. Your role involves engaging both commercial and domestic customers, managing day-to-day business processes, working with the wider team to support customer requirements and inspiring the next generation of coffee enthusiasts
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Facilitate the daily operations of our iconic Sanremo Hub in London.
- Ensure the showroom adheres to high standards of presentation, including opening and closing procedures.
- Welcome and engage with existing and new commercial customers as well as the public, demonstrating the Sanremo range and handling associated administrative tasks to support customers in person, on the phone and via email.
- Deliver unparalleled customer support, enhancing our brand identity across the UK.
- Support the team in hosting clients from the UK and worldwide, creating a memorable Sanremo experience.
- Assist in preparing and executing events for Sanremo and its partners, raising brand awareness and improving community standing.
- Actively participate and collaborate with the wider Sanremo team in the UK and Italy to elevate the Sanremo brand globally.
- Support the sales and operation team’s processing of orders and delivery requirements.
Personal Specification
Essential:
- Barista experience with knowledge of espresso machine operation.
- Excellent organizational skills, diary planning, and a systematic approach.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to inspire and demonstrate excellence.
- Passion for the coffee industry.
- Personable and able to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent practical and written presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail in cleanliness and tidiness.
Desirable:
- Sales or account management experience.
- Event management experience.
- Marketing experience.
