Objectives of this Role:


  • Provide end-to-end support for recruitment, including posting roles, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Ensure recruitment best practices are followed, working closely with the HR team.
  • Help meet recruitment deadlines and deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, creating contracts, and managing addendums to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate office scheduling, including team meetings, interviews, and events.
  • Organize and oversee office supplies and manage the logistics for office events.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily tasks.
  • Ensure accurate records and documentation across HR processes.


The Ideal Candidate Has:


  • A strong interest in recruitment and HR processes, with prior experience in recruitment or admin support being a plus.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Great interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and build positive candidate experiences.


START: Immediately

LOCATION: London HQ (Marylebone) –5 days in office

JOB HOURS: Full time

BANDING: £25,000/PA
