We’re seeking a strategic, driven, and passionate co-founder to join our mission to revolutionize healthcare with AI. If you're an independent thinker with a background in sales, health, wellness, and business development, and you're ready to grow a startup from the ground up, this role could be for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development, building and nurturing strategic partnerships across the wellness, and health industries.
- Collaborate closely with the founders as part of the senior leadership team to shape and execute HolistiCare’s strategic vision.
- Focus on securing technical and business partnerships to fuel the company’s growth and expand our reach.
- Join forces with our product and sales teams to refine and evolve our offerings for optimal market fit.
- Work independently in a performance-based role with potential for a full-time, salaried position based on results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Sales and Business Development Professional in the pharmaceutical, health, nutrition, or wellness sectors, ideally with experience in established organizations.
- Mid-career professional with a proven track record in securing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Futuristic, tech-savvy, and well-spoken—you’re curious, bold, and excited about leveraging AI to transform health.
- Independent Consultant (ideally currently between roles) who is driven, self-motivated, and looking to make a meaningful impact.
Compensation:
- Please note that this is a performance-based, equity-driven position—perfect for someone ready to take on a founding role without an initial salary but with generous performance-based remuneration. There’s potential for conversion to a full-time role with salary, contingent on performance and growth milestones.
