Job Summary


PayAlly offers a fully integrated suite of financial services solutions that are tailor-made for each business with global ambitions. Our extensive network across the world allows us to provide frictionless cross-border payments in 39 currencies. PayAlly provides international and local payments, multicurrency accounts, currency exchange, debit cards, card issuing and payment gateway.

This position is based in the City.


As the Head of People, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employees life cycle. This is a hands-on role, you’ll be expected to deliver companywide strategies while being the primary driver behind all our operational workstreams.


To reiterate this is a stand-alone role. While you’ll have an abundance of incredible people around to support you must be comfortable in bringing the primary ‘doer’ as in most cases you’ll independently delivering People initiatives.



What You’ll Be Doing

  • Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract and hire qualified candidates for all positions
  • Employee Development: Oversee employee development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and career growth
  • Performance Management: Manage our performance management process to evaluate individual performance, set goals, and provide feedback
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive organisational change initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyse People metrics to measure the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide office management in the London office, help to organise travel for the employees, Christmas and Summer parties.



What We're Looking For In You

  • You must have experience in a stand-alone or small People/HR function where you’ve owned, led and delivered various aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • CIPD qualified (level 5 or 7)
  • A broad generalist skill set
  • Being comfortable as the ‘go-to’ for all aspects related to People. This will range from the more complex employee cases to the day to day queries our people have
  • A professional knowledge and expertise in human resources management
  • This role will require you to travel regularly to our office in Vilnius, Lithuania.
