The Opportunity:

Our client is looking to hire an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team in Edinburgh. This full-time, permanent role is suited for individuals at least 2.5 years of IT support experience, particularly in an MSP environment. The successful candidate will support end-users with their issues, maintain infrastructure security, and be expected to do so in a first class manner


Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft tech stack, proven troubleshooting abilities, and network troubleshooting skills. They should be organized, focussed on the detail and always look to be proactive in their interactions.
