Risk Manager Role Overview:


As a Risk Manager, you will work closely with our dynamic team, reporting directly to senior leadership. Key Risk Manager Responsibilities:


  • Identify and understand risk events and opportunities impacting project success.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop comprehensive data models to communicate risks at board level and support decision-making.
  • Utilise relevant software for quantitative risk analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain risk and opportunity registers, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Enhance reporting processes to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
  • Collaborate across projects and stakeholders to gather and disseminate risk information effectively.
  • Proactively monitor deadlines and chase mitigation actions.


We look for a mix of the following experience in our Risk Managers:


  • In-depth understanding of risk management and quantitative risk management.
  • Experience in PMO within risk and control or project management.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and client management.
  • Previous consultancy experience is desirable.
  • Have worked on large scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
