Lettings Coordinator

A great opportunity has arisen within this high end property consultancy for an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have previous Lettings Coordination experience. This is a Monday to Friday role offering excellent benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising by 1 day each year.

Salary up to 32K depending on experience


Duties include:

Processing New Tenancies

Arranging check- in appointments and inventories

Generating & Distributing Tenancy Agreements

Assist Negotiators in completing Reference Checks

Chasing move in funds from tenants

Ensuring Documentation & Certification compliance for the Tenancy.

Sending Welcome letters, inventories, and update utility switching portal.

Help ensure compliance by checking landlord licencing, GSCs, EPCs, EICRCs and CO alarms

Check outs and deposit returns for non-managed properties.

Assist with marketing, including canvassing, window cards, boards, booking photos etc


Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills with polished presentation

Relevant Lettings admin experience gained in the UK and knowledge of UK property legislation laws.
