Our client is looking to bring in a Financial Modeller has a strong interest in consultancy work and systems. They are a young consultancy with exciting plans ahead.


The company focus on delivering projects in the Finance Systems domain and partner with a lead BI & Accounting CPM software's, Vena and TM1. The software can be implemented to improve a companies Planning/Budgeting, Consolidation and reporting software through the simplicity of the cloud.


As consultant you’ll be responsible for supporting projects and workstreams, taking independent accountability for deliverables. You’ll be supporting full end-to-end project lifecycles, supporting workshops, managing requirements capture and contributing to solution design.


They are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious people, who find the idea of joining a growing company. They will give successful hires a lot of support and training after joining, especially as you will be working closely with the Founders, but will also give you autonomy and responsibility, so you can take ownership of your projects and clients to enhance your development & progression.


They are looking for a candidates who have an exposure to Excel and modelling, who also have some technical exposure (don’t worry if you aren’t deeply technical – it’s not the most important thing) who really want to get into more of a client facing, project implementation focused role.



What you will need to succeed as an FP&A Consultant?

  • Good understanding of financial process and financial modelling experience
  • Strong SQL skills or other programming skills (Power BI/ VBA)
  • Some exposure to Systems or an interest in developing system skills
  • Good degree – does not necessarily have to be in Finance
  • Ambitious, self-starting and confident individual
  • Can handle a client-facing role
