We seek a Trade Support Specialist colleague to join our cutting-edge investment management client in London.


  • Hybrid Work: 3 days onsite/week and 2 days HO/week
  • Employment/Contract Type: Agency worker employment contract for an indefinite period (long-term) via us (Dexian)
  • Location: London
  • Duration: long-term/multiyear
  • Full-time role


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the business unit to review services and applications provided by vendors and third-party suppliers. Assist department head in the development of business strategies tailored to meet organizational objectives. Coordinate ongoing meetings to discuss customer groups' data needs and workflows. Assist in setting priorities and identifying appropriate resources. Promote the customer-first service orientation through internal and external communication.
  • Evaluate end-user application and data requirements. Oversee the process for reviewing and evaluating all end-user requests for enhancements. Research appropriateness and prepare and/or assist in the preparation of cost analysis documentation and proposals to meet business goals and objectives.
  • Examine client department workflow and recommend ways to increase efficiency using technology.
  • Investigate and ensure accurate and complete use of third-party software products. Select and work with outside consultants when appropriate.
  • Design and prepare business requirements to automate solutions to business problems.
  • Build and maintain database structures and relationships.
  • Work on complex projects and develop innovative technical solutions based on business requirements.
  • Follow the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) ensuring compliance throughout the process and code deployment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CRD support experience - ticket support, configurations, upgrades, administrative w/ CRD
  • Experience working on a trade floor/interacting with traders and PM's
  • Database experience (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Go-getter mentality - Willingness to learn
  • Jira
  • Nice to haves: Bloomberg PORT, STP (Straight-Through-Processing), PowerBI for reports
