Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Private Client Paralegal. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as legal document preparation, communication, research, and document review. You'll get to know the clients and be able to assist with keeping them updated and help them to provide the information we need to deliver a great service. You'll also be responsible for client onboarding and the closing of files, as well as the maintenance of wills databases.


Qualifications

  • At least two years' experience in Wills and Probate law
  • Legal Document Preparation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Document Review experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own workload and changing priorities
  • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and for the good of the wider team
  • Strong IT and keyboard skills with experience of one or more Practice Management Systems
  • Excellent spelling and grammar and good arithmetic
