We are seeking enthusiastic, charismatic, and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Tour Guides. You will be leading small groups of tourists on a culinary journey through London, exploring its most iconic landmarks, hidden culinary gems, and sharing the amazing stories that the city holds. This is a part-time position, perfect for those who love to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and have a passion for storytelling and food.
- Conducting dynamic and fun food tours around London, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
- Sharing insightful stories and facts about London's culinary scene, engaging tourists with your knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Managing tour schedules and routes efficiently, typically from 4 PM to 8 PM, 3 times a week.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ensuring the tour group's needs are met and that the experience is memorable and enjoyable for all.
- Collaborating with the Sherpa Food Tours team to continually improve the tour experience.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of London's history, culture, culinary scene, and landmarks.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
- A friendly, engaging, and outgoing personality.
- Ability to manage groups and provide a high level of customer service.
