Responsibilities

  • Ensure supply chain performance through delivery, capacity, supplier, and inventory management.
  • Improve plant COGS using Lean & Six Sigma for yield and productivity enhancements.
  • Align plant goals with business targets in partnership with global teams.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment via diversity, inclusion, talent development, and team-building.
  • Attract, develop, and retain skilled talent to meet business objectives.
  • Manage site budgeting and planning to meet customer, financial, and operational goals.
  • Champion organizational change to enhance performance.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to senior management for effective decision-making.
  • Lead adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
  • Promote company values and behaviors.
  • Establish a culture of accountability and responsibility for site operations.
  • Implement advanced risk management for product quality and safety.
  • Ensure operational, environmental, health, and safety compliance.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations, sustainability objectives, and emergency preparedness.
  • Lead towards a zero-accident standard.
  • Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality plans.
  • Provide leadership and strategic vision for the manufacturing site.
  • Enhance customer focus through complaint resolution, CAPA, and process yield improvements.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Operations management, Supply Chain Management, Science, Engineering, or related/equivalent field.
  • Demonstrable management experience within Plant Management, Supply Chain, Operations or relevant function.
  • Management experience within sterile medicines manufacturing (Annex 1 GMP rules).
  • Proven track record in leadership roles and effective change management leading multi level teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, financial competence, ability to make decisions in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong cross-functional communication abilities across both Operations and Business communities, as well as customers.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, aim to succeed, motivator of people.
  • Strong business intuition, proven skills in structured problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Strong customer (internal and external) and supplier facing presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrate experience of Risk Management application in a formalised manner.
  • Experience of leading site inspections by Regulatory Agencies.
