We are currently partnered with a trusted marketplace platform that connects customers to tradespeople nationally. They are currently in a huge growth period and are looking to quadruple their platform over the next 4 to 5 years.


With this growth, they are now looking for a Marketplace Analytics & Operations Manager to drive growth, efficiency, and quality through data insights, automation, and experimentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise marketplace growth and streamline customer operations through automation.
  • Analyse data to uncover actionable insights and present them effectively.
  • Design, test, and scale experiments to enhance processes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams to drive impact.


What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in analytics and operations (marketplace, tech, or consulting).
  • Advanced SQL, Excel, and proficiency in low-code/AI-enabled tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
