As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of our practice, while upholding our commitment to delivering outstanding patient care and service excellence.

Dispensing Optician Practice Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Optical Dispensing: Utilise your expertise as a Dispensing Optician to provide guidance and support to customers in frame and lens selection, adjustments, fittings, and troubleshooting.
  • Patient Care: Ensure every patient receives personalised care and attention, assisting them in selecting eyewear that meets their visual needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement and maintain efficient practice workflows, systems, and processes to maximise productivity, minimise wait times, and enhance the overall patient experience.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with patients, providing ongoing support, advice, and assistance to ensure their eyecare needs are met effectively.

We are looking for a full or part time Dispensing Optician to join us in delivering outstanding patient care.

You will be an integral part of our team here, helping us drive our service offering forward, always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate.
