About the role

We're on the lookout for accomplished credit professionals to assume the role of Director within our debt fund, specializing in tech sector lending in London.

You will be joining a global and fast growing lending business with the responsibility of leading end-to-end deal cycles, while gaining exposure to a variety of different products and client verticals.

As a Director, you'll spearhead machine-learning-assisted growth funding initiatives within our globally expanding team. The position offers oversight of the entire deal cycle, providing exposure to diverse products and client bases while championing innovative financial solutions tailored for technology companies in their pivotal growth phase.

You are competitive and excited to have artificial intelligence on your side, engaging in dynamic structuring of growth stage deals across the tech ecosystem. You love taking a deal from the initial analysis through to the funding process including negotiating directly with the company, drawing up investment memos, and presenting them to the investment committee. Your competitive advantage will be speed - working with flexible financing solutions that close large-ticket deals quickly. Post financing transactions, you will continue to monitor your portfolio as we continue deploying more than $1 billion/year across global markets.

Today, while many companies are struggling to raise capital, you’ll be enabling tech companies to fulfill their growth potential.


You will:

  • Lead the end-to-end deal cycle, leveraging machine-learning tools to drive efficient and effective growth funding solutions
  • Structure deals and negotiate potential transactions
  • Prepare investment reports and deliver presentations to investment committees
  • Provide support to colleagues by leveraging past career experience and expertise in navigating complex debt transactions
  • Foster the team's talents through mentorship and guidance
  • Cultivate a robust and collaborative work environment that promotes individual and team growth
  • Ensure outstanding service delivery and cultivate strong borrower relationships
  • Oversee ongoing portfolio monitoring to maintain a deep understanding of borrower performance



Do you have:

  • Demonstrable experience in credit analysis and deal structuring, preferably within the technology sector
  • A strong track record of leading successful financial transactions, with a focus on growth stage businesses
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • CPA or CFA certification
  • B.A in Accounting (preferable), Economics, Finance, or MBA
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
