Key Responsibilities of a Programme Manager:

  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact and managing their needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, quality, assembly, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee commercial aspects of projects, including financial health, risk management, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare customer proposals, including scope of work, timing, costs, and pricing.
  • Ensure adherence to internal project management policies and procedures.

Key Requirements of a Programme Manager:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Proven track record in delivering fast-paced projects with high quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to implement business and technical principles.
  • Experience in automotive or motorsport project delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills using techniques like 8D.
