MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Hospitality business on the search for an experienced and driven UK Head of Operations This is a permanent role based in London.


This key leadership role will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects across multiple sites, ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. This is a permanent position based in London, with some occasional travel across the UK.


Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and maintain excellence across all sites.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve performance goals and enhance customer experience.
  • Optimise operational processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations at all sites.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support the company’s strategic objectives.


What are we looking for?


  • Proven experience in a senior operations role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving results.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, health, and safety standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
