We are a 4-year-old, profitable, and fast-growing company (adding £1m to our annual run rate in just the last quarter). We are now seeking a dynamic Head of Demand Generation who lives, breathes and excels at demand generation to help us scale as we aim to become the leading provider of remote talent.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of running excellent demand generation programs, whilst working side-by-side with a sales team to ensure a steady, growing stream of qualified leads every month. This role requires someone who has taken full responsibility for hitting targets related to lead generation and revenue. They must have a proven track record of consistently delivering strong results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize multi-channel strategies (Paid Media, SEO, Email) & lead campaigns which are solely focussed on demand generation.

Sales Alignment:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly translate to pipeline growth and sales-ready leads.
  • Oversee and optimize our CRM infrastructure, implementing sequences and automated triggers that seamlessly connect outbound sales efforts with marketing initiatives.

Performance Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and lead a performance-driven marketing strategy across all paid channels.

Data-Driven Approach:

  • Own all KPIs related to demand generation.
  • Constantly analyse and optimise the funnel to improve lead quality and campaign ROI.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of six experts in paid media, SEO, email, and design, ensuring all team efforts are aligned with demand generation goals.
  • Build a high-performance marketing team that’s deeply focused on delivering results that support company growth.

About You:

  • Demand Generation Expert: You are passionate about demand generation and have consistently met or exceeded lead and revenue commitments.
