Private Equity Associate Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on complex continuation vehicle secondaries transactions

The Ideal Candidate for the Private Equity Associate - Secondaries role will have:

  • 3-5 years PQE in private equity transactional work
  • Experience in private company M&A, ideally with exposure to secondaries transactions
  • Strong academic and professional qualifications
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in an ambitious, entrepreneurial team
  • Keen interest in business development and client relationships
  • Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
  • Desire to take on early responsibility and grow with the practice
