What you will be doing:
As a Maintenance Engineer joining a small team, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out equipment upgrades and maintenance on high-value capital equipment
- Analysing and addressing equipment breakdowns
- Driving continuous improvement for enhanced reliability and scalability
- Developing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborating with equipment suppliers for the commissioning of new equipment
- Commissioning and acceptance testing
- Implementing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programme
- Providing crucial support to product and project engineers
- Collaborating with R&D, engineering, and production teams
About you:
We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with at least 10 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing high-value manufacturing equipment. Specific experience with lathes and winding machines would be advantageous but not essential. Lean manufacturing experience is preferred. Experience in or willingness to work in a cleanroom facility is required. You should be analytical with excellent report and document writing abilities. Experience with ISO 9001 standards is desirable.
