Responsibilities will include:

  • Enhancing the Technology team’s capabilities by implementing processes into our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
  • Capable of implementing and understanding the design and manufacture processes from concept through to production and beyond.
  • Documenting within the company knowledge base and supporting user in the PLM System
  • Being organised, reporting potential issues before they occur
  • Identification and justification of appropriate additional PLM capability for wider business integration


Required:

  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with one of the aspects / tools of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems.
  • Data management: Ability to manage and analyse data in a data-centric approach.
  • Communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.


Desirable:

  • Engineering experience: While not mandatory, experience in the engineering industry can be beneficial.
  • Leadership skills: Experience leading technical projects can be a plus.
  • Innovation and creativity: Willingness to embrace and champion new ideas.
  • Attention to detail: Particularly in relation to data management and analysis.


Note: Due to the nature of work undertaken at SubSea Craft, the selected candidate must be capable of meeting the security requirements of the position, which would include as a minimum Existing right to live and work in the UK, Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS), with Security Check likely for specific projects.*
