The Role

This exciting full-time, hybrid position allows you the flexibility of working mostly from home while still connecting with our incredible teams at various locations. You’ll attend quarterly in-person meetings at our Lichfield hub, making a driving licence and access to a car essential.

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented professionals to join our team of support workers, managers, and nurses who provide essential care to adults with learning disabilities. Your expertise will fuel the workforce of Voyage Care - making a tangible difference in the lives of those we support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the talent hunter: Sourcing candidates using CV searches, job boards, referrals, and our internal database.
  • Screen with precision: Conduct in-depth telephone interviews to ensure each candidate is the right fit.
  • Build our talent pool: Encourage and nurture candidates, ensuring we have the best talent ready to join us.
  • Manage relationships: Coordinate interviews, maintain strong communication with both hiring managers and candidates, and ensure smooth vacancy closure.
  • Drive results: Meet KPIs and SLAs while ensuring timely, efficient recruitment processes.


What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Proven track record in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Outstanding people skills and experience dealing with candidates over the phone or face-to-face.

Ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing work environment with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

A meticulous eye for detail in managing recruitment systems and databases, preferably using an applicant tracking system.

Previous in-house or agency recruitment experience is preferred.
