Given the seniority of this position, we are ideally seeking candidates with 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably at Director level, within the real estate sector. Experience with a similar organisation comparable to Praxis Group is highly desirable with a Landlord focus.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks daily while planning for long-term projects and meeting KPI deadlines.
- Strong adherence to RICS standards, demonstrating diligence and perseverance in managing procurement-related activities.
- Financially literate with the ability to align procurement strategies with the business plans and financial objectives of managed assets.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership, suppliers, tenants, and internal teams.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for designing and implementing practical, innovative solutions.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the professional growth of peers and teams.
