Title: Associate - Renewables M&A & Debt Advisory

Selby Jennings is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with at least 3 years of experience in the Renewable Energy or Energy Transition sectors. We are searching for a candidate who possesses Investment Banking or Advisory background, specifically focusing on Renewable Energy M&A/Debt advisory.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Managing renewable energy transactions from origination through execution

- Conducting financial analysis and modelling

- Developing marketing materials such as pitch books, information memorandums etc.

- Building relationships with clients while managing their expectations throughout the transaction process

Qualifications/Skills Needed:

- The ideal candidate should have specialized knowledge of renewables sector including solar power plants , wind turbines , hydroelectricity projects etc.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience working within M&A, Debt Advisory, Corporate Finance Advisory, similar fields.

- Experience handling client relations which includes negotiations/presentations/coordinating meetings across various stakeholders involved during entire project cycle shall prove useful here.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and driven attitude.

- European language is a must (Nordic languages, German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.)

Educational Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree / Master's degree preferred in finance/accountancy/business administration/economics/statistics/mathematics/engineering or relevant fields from Top Universities
