… a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Procore & Hubspot for our team.
In addition to managing Procore & Hubspot, this individual will provide comprehensive administrative support to our two Board Directors, including expense management and diary coordination. The role also involves offering general administrative assistance to the entire team as needed. This position requires someone with a mature outlook, ideally with proven experience in a similar role within a small company setting.
- Procore Management: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Procore system, ensuring all data is up-to-date and correctly inputted.
- Hubspot: Like Procore, ensuring our Sales CRM is fully up to date with the latest accurate data at all times
- Administrative Support: Assist the Board Directors with expense management, diary scheduling, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Team Assistance: Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and management, facilitating effective communication and workflow.
- Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently and accurately.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address any administrative issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform any other administrative duties as necessary to support the team and the company.

- Experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a small company.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Procore Expertise: Previous experience with Procore or similar project management software is highly desirable.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive: A proactive approach to work, always looking for ways to support the team and improve processes.
- Mature Outlook: A mature and responsible attitude towards work, ideally suited for someone with considerable life and work experience.
- Team Player: Willingness to assist with any task, demonstrating a collaborative and 'all hands-on deck' mentality.
