THE ROLE

As a Barista, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Nobu Café.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards
  • Able to organise and orchestrate the opening, operation, and closing of the Nobu Café
  • Genuine passion and a good working knowledge of all food and beverage products. (Excellent training will be given)
  • Greet guests, take orders, serve and take payment in line with Nobu philosophy and standards

ABOUT YOU

  • Ideally you would have previous experience with the ability to engage and connect with a wide range of guests from different backgrounds, ideally gained in a similar Lifestyle boutique hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or cocktail lounge/bar
  • Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
  • Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
  • An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
  • An eye for detail and be immaculately presented
