What you’ll be doing

  • Resource Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and daily workflows of eight regional engineers, ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks.
  • Contractor Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage a robust network of over 200 sub-contractors across the UK and Ireland, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of three administrative professionals, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Performance Development: Conduct regular performance reviews and 1-to-1 meetings, identifying growth opportunities and implementing tailored development plans for team members and contractors.
  • Project Oversight: Plan, allocate, and monitor projects and rollouts, ensuring resources align with operational priorities and deadlines.
  • Compliance Management: Drive adherence to compliance standards, delivering training and upskilling for contractors and engineers to maintain regulatory excellence.
  • Operational Efficiency: Establish and refine KPIs for contractor performance while identifying and implementing strategies to enhance profitability and service delivery models.
  • Strategic Resource Planning: Anticipate resource demands, forecast workloads, and ensure operational readiness to meet business objectives.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Partner with the Contracts Department to refine supply chain strategies, ensuring efficiency and best practices across the board.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure seamless availability and delivery of parts and products.
