Background:
Temporis Capital Limited is an alternatives investment manager focussing on renewable infrastructure, clean technology and private credit. We are part of a wider group of businesses (including EV charging company, Ohme) that focus on social and environmental impact in the UK and Ireland. Since 2011, Temporis has developed, constructed and operated nearly 600 MW of clean energy assets in over 80 projects. We have paid >£5m in community benefits and are powering an equivalent to 200,000 homes annually.
We are currently raising for our fifth renewable infrastructure fund alongside our private credit fund. We are constantly trying to develop and innovate in our sector by thinking creatively around how to help solve net zero target for our clients.
Role:
The Investor Relations Analyst/Associate will work within the sales team alongside the Head of Business Development, Head of Distribution and the Head of Continental European Distribution. They will report into the Head of Business Development.
Our ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
- Highly motivated and ambitious individual.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a business development and/or investor relations role within the investment management industry (e.g. infrastructure and/or Private Equity).
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the firm’s distribution strategy.
Responsibilities:
The primary role of the candidate is to contribute to the sales and marketing efforts for all Temporis products. This will include:
- Assisting with the periodic reporting to all current and future investors.
- Helping create and maintain all marketing collateral including presentations, investor letters, private placement memorandums, data rooms, website and social media sites.
- Liaising with investment, asset management and finance teams for ad hoc queries.
- Helping prepare and organise roadshows and events.
- Creating sales leads.
- Responsible for upkeeping and maintaining the internal CRM system.
Key Skills:
- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- A working knowledge of, and contacts within, the sustainability and private equity market.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organisational skills.
