About the role - Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate at Poq, you will be a crucial contributor to our small but dynamic marketing team, playing a key role in executing strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation within the B2B SaaS technology landscape.


Digital Marketing:

  • Create and optimise landing pages, blogs, and email templates within Hubspot to enhance lead generation and nurturing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain web pages in WordPress, ensuring they are aligned with branding guidelines and optimised for SEO.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engage users, and convert leads through targeted content and web experiences.

Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling and targeted content for various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media, showcasing the value of Poq's mobile app development platform.

Social Media Management:

  • Curate and manage content across social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with our global audience. Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to social media strategy.

Email Marketing:

  • Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote events, and share relevant content. Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies for increased engagement.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organising virtual and in-person events to promote Poq's solutions and build relationships within the industry.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Provide insights to the marketing team for informed decision-making.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Product Management, and Customer Success, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse key marketing metrics using tools like Hubspot and Lead Forensics. Prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and propose optimizations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Some professional experience is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about the B2B SaaS and retail technology landscape.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and content creation tools.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and data-driven decision-making.
