THE ROLE: Within hospitals, the successful Sales Specialist will be managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within paediatrics / neonatal, nutrition, gastro, geriatrics, stoma, continence and procurement, typically liaising with consultants and specialist nurses. Growth will come a lot from existing accounts as well as new ones. Full company and product training will be provided, and career / earning prospects are very attractive.
THE COMPANY: A privately owned organisation operating at the premium quality end of their sector. They provide a range of adult and paediatric enteral feeding devices and consumables for use within hospital environments and an exciting opportunity currently exists for an autonomous, driven, new business-focussed and credible medical sales professional to manage and develop their business within the Midlands
REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for candidates who have a strong desire to get into medical sales. Candidates with have worked in b2b filed sales previously. You NEED to have worked in a large organisation where you have received structured sales training. Backgrounds they have recruited from recently include Coca Cola, Yell and FedEX. A degree/sports background will enhance your application and they like driven, motivated individuals. They don't want to have to train how to sell but you will receive full training on their product and market.

The Package for Sales Specialist:
- Basic: £38,000 to £45,000
- Commission: £20,000+ uncapped
- Car: £625 per month car allowance and generous mileage
