THE ROLE

As the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Overseeing the growth of all of the business’ digital accounts
  • Implementing various workflows in order to drive business performance
  • Work closely with the Performance Director on strategy
  • Working primarily across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Implement a clear test and learn approach
  • Develop a small team of junior execs

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a similar role working across PPC, Social, Display, and SEO
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects at once
  • Line management experience is necessary
  • Global experience is a plus
