Additionally, you will collaborate across teams, contributing to a wider range of projects to support our broader mission of creating a more sustainable future.

With Behaviour Change, you’ll use your sound communication and analytical skills to help clients understand what is driving existing behaviours, gathering insights to inform change. You’ll be a natural communicator both in verbal delivery and written environments and understand how to adapt data for presentation to suit the needs of varying audiences.

With Waste Strategy, you will help guide local authorities towards sustainable resource management. You’ll need to be excellent with numbers, have good attention to detail and be confident using MS Excel where you will undertake data analysis, research and modelling.

You will contribute to the preparation of proposals and assist in identifying new business such as potential new projects or funding opportunities. With other colleagues in the team, you will also work to improve existing services and products, and to develop new ones.
  • Resources and autonomy: You will work to ensure that projects meet deadlines and are within budget. This will require you to work on multiple projects concurrently so good time management and resourcefulness will be essential.
  • Client engagement: You will liaise with clients for project delivery, attending external meetings, focus groups, workshops and presentations and industry events as required.

The essentials

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject, or equivalent training or experience.
