We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic EPR Trainer to join our client and support the implementation and training of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.

Job Summary: The EPR Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs to healthcare professionals on the use of the EPR system. This role involves developing training materials, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the EPR system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update training materials, including user manuals, guides, and e-learning modules
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel
• Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, both in-person and virtually
• Assess the training needs of different departments and tailor training programs accordingly
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to EPR users
• Collaborate with the IT and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of the EPR system
• Stay updated with the latest developments in EPR technology and training methodologies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a trainer, in a healthcare setting
• In-depth knowledge of EPR systems and healthcare workflows
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and tools
