Integrated Account Role


This is a unique opportunity to join a boutique creative agency based in London, working on cutting-edge global projects. This contract role, with the potential to become permanent, involves directly collaborating with the Founder to shape and grow the agency.


The ideal candidate will understand the dynamics of a small agency and be willing and experienced to wear many hats, whilst the agency evolves. This growth will provide an abundance of opportunities for personal development alongside potential fiscal benefits.


We are looking for a driven and passionate individual with extensive integrated experience either as a Senior Account Manager, Account Director or Executive Producer and who has experience delivering a range of projects in the premium brand experience space, as well as retail design, shopper experience, innovation, and content creation. This is a hands-on role where you will be client managing and delivering simultaneously.

Project / Account Management

  • With great attention to detail, manage the end-to-end process of projects that are across multiple channels and mediums.
  • Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of core project management skills including the ability to brief teams, create timelines, develop clear and concise presentations, and management of margin.
  • Ability to proactively drive projects forward, bringing in wider agency expertise and personnel in the process; ensuring all steps and stakeholders are factored into project timelines.
  • Be confident in the brief process from interrogating the brief, to insights and strategy and lead creative briefing meetings to inform delivery strategy with consideration of client, company, and project needs.
  • Demonstrate clear strategic thinking in your day-to-day work and how this is framing the client’s campaign against their business objectives.
  • Accurately manage and own project finances, (budgets, tracking and reconciliation) contracts and creating SOWs.
  • Champion and drive best practice to streamline processes, increase performance management and client servicing.
  • Have strong creative and corporate writing skills, to be used across external documents such as client proposals and reports, as well as internal documents such as toolkits and case studies.


Client Services

  • Manage day to day client accounts, being the key point of contact to deliver and oversee client work.
  • Partner with clients at a senior level to understand their business needs and objectives and deliver first class service ensuring client satisfaction across all partnerships.
  • Build strong client relationships through ongoing communication and updates and manage their expectations with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
  • Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective collaborative working relationships.
  • Demonstrate confidence in talking clients though a document or pitching an idea,outlining the process you’ve taken to answer the brief.


Team Management

  • Confidently build teams, ensuring you have the right team in place, with the right capacity and skillset.
  • Maintain motivation of your team – ensuring no one is overwhelmed with workload or falling behind on deliverables.
  • Be a team leader who leads and nurtures the project team and wider collective.
  • Support in the structuring and recruiting of new team members where required, ensuring we acquire the best talent for the client's team and our business.
  • The ability to manage and develop junior team members and staying close to their development, ambitions and objectives.
  • Work with the collective to develop best-in-class projects, reviewing and assessing to ensure the very highest quality of output from the team.


Business Development

  • Lead and work closely with all stakeholders on pitches, responses, and submissions.
  • Identify ways to grow clients organically – capitalising on these moments and taking initiative.
  • Maintain a sharp eye on commercial acumen and business growth.


Innovation & Industry Knowledge

  • Keep up to date with industry trends, from innovation in products, materials, technology and suppliers, to what’s hot and not in brand and consumer experiences.
  • Have a network of trusted suppliers and freelancers, nurturing and growing these relationships on an ongoing basis.


What would we expect from you?

  • Minimum 5+ year’s experience working within a similar agency environment (ideally related to brand experience, design and production and/or innovation).
  • Experience working with premium, established consumer brands in the luxury, fashion, food and drink, and/or beauty spaces. Experience with retail brands also welcome.
  • Experience in a similar client-relationship management role with the ability to carefully manage clients and build strategic working relationships.
  • Experience delivering end to end projects of budgets up to £1million and leading and delivering pitches.
  • Proven experience building, managing and leading teams.
  • Good understanding of managing integrated campaigns involving strategy, design, production, logistics, staffing and events.
  • Strong presentation skills including PowerPoint (use of photoshop is a plus).
  • Flexible to travel internationally for campaign events, though expectation this will be primarily a UK based role for the most part.
  • Be able to commute to London and other UK locations for client meetings, site visits and office working.
