Business Insight and Analytics Graduate (12-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: Bracknell
Work Model: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite per week)
Salary: £30,000 per annum + benefits (holidays, sick pay, pension)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon – Fri)

Job Purpose
As a Business Insight and Analytics (BIA) Graduate, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive decision-making. Working closely with the BIA team, you’ll leverage your analytical and visualisation skills to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical sector while contributing to projects that make a real-world impact.
Reporting to the Head of BIA, you’ll collaborate with teams across departments such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing, gaining broad exposure to Sandoz’s operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyse data related to sales trends and market demands in the generic pharmaceutical sector.
- Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized insights that support business goals.
- Automation: Assist in automating data workflows, including extraction, transformation, and loading processes, to enhance data integrity and reliability.
- Projects: Contribute to data-driven projects aimed at identifying sales opportunities, improving processes, and strengthening customer relationships.
- Documentation: Document processes, methodologies, and reporting standards to support data governance and ensure transparency.
Key Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Data Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, including Excel and Alteryx. Experience with data visualization tools like Qlik, Power BI, or similar. Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analysing large datasets.
- Analytical Mindset: Great problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets.
- Communication: Ability to present complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and focus on data quality and compliance.
- Team Player: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Additional Information
Please ensure that you are willing and able to live within commutable distance of the company site before applying. This placement is based in Camberley, Surrey until December and from January on a new site within 18 miles that will have a nearby train station. We support hybrid working and expect the Graduate to be in the office at a minimum two days per week.
