Job Description-

Job Brief: As an Agile Coach, I am dedicated to being an innovation catalyst within our organization. My role extends beyond traditional coaching to inspire and drive creative solutions across our teams. With a passion for Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and AI Force, I foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Agile Metrics: I develop and utilize metrics that not only track progress but also highlight areas for creative improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: I work with various departments to integrate Agile practices seamlessly into their workflows.
  • Hackathons: I conduct and facilitate hackathons to drive innovation and problem-solving within the teams.
  • Agile & DevOps Maturity Assessments: I perform Agile and DevOps Maturity Assessments using the HCL Advantage Assess Framework to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gamified Agile Adoption: I implement gamified approaches to Agile adoption to make the learning process engaging and effective.
  • Scaling Agile: I scale Agile using the Agile Fluency Model, focusing on autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
  • OKRs: I develop and align Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure that team goals are clear, measurable, and aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • HCL Fenix Model: I utilize the HCL Fenix model to drive transformation and resilience within teams, ensuring they can adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Obeya Room: I establish and manage Obeya rooms to enhance transparency, collaboration, and strategic alignment across teams.
  • Customized Coaching & Mentoring: I tailor coaching strategies to fit the unique needs of each team, recognizing that one size does not fit all.
  • Facilitate Creativity: I lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to unlock the creative potential of team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: I implement feedback loops and retrospectives that focus on innovative solutions and process enhancements.
  • DevOps, Cloud Knowledge, and AI Force: I leverage my expertise in DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and HCL AI Force to support and enhance transformations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach with a track record of driving innovation.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Extensive experience in conducting hackathons.
  • Proficient in conducting Agile & DevOps Maturity Assessments through the HCL Advantage Assess Framework.
  • Experience with gamified Agile adoption techniques.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and HCL AI Force.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
  • Experience in leading workshops and training sessions.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) and Cloud.
