The Role...

We are seeking an experienced Barback to join our West London team at High Road House (W4 1PR). Your main responsibilities are to support the bartending teams in the smooth running of the bar. This includes ensuring the bar is stocked with spirits, garnishes, ice, and other products needed throughout their shift. You will ensure that glasses, stirrers, shakers, strainers and other bartending tools are clean and in the proper position for use

What we are looking for...
  • 1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)
  • Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency
