Club Bar Manager


Where will you be working?

Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.


What will you be doing?

  • Leading, motivating and developing the bar team to provide an exceptional experience to our Ned’s Club Members
  • Creating and implementing seasonal drinks menus that are aligned with the Ned’s Club expectations
  • Being thoroughly in control of beverage costs, budgets and financial targets and take positive action to maximise bar sales and generate revenue
  • Setting cleanliness standards and procedures for the bar and beverage areas that are in accordance with company and legal health and safety guidelines
  • Promoting an excellent member experience including championing our monthly events calendar
