We’re recruiting for a Procure-to-Pay Specialist to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and strong benefits package.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting business buying activities across the group
- Providing a positive customer experience by completing tasks quickly to a high quality
- Managing requisition queues and purchase order approvals
- Supporting and working closely with the Accounts Payable team to ensure an efficient and effective process
- Ensuring that best practices are used throughout the procurement process and inline with our compliance policies
Who we're looking for:
- Previous experience of working in a procurement or accounts payable team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working awareness of procurement tools and systems
- Well organised with good problem solving skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
