Company Overview:

Our client is a leading manufacturer of prefabricated façade, wall and roof systems. With a strong commitment to sustainability and excellence, they are an established and trusted name in the industry.


To support growth, they are looking for a CAD Technician / Technical Engineer to join their UK team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform static calculations for sandwich elements.
  • Provide technical support assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Preparation of technical drawings as per project requirements.
  • Visit client sites to provide on-site technical support and training.
  • Conduct training sessions and create support documentation for customers.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical support, design, or a similar role.
  • Advanced skills in CAD software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license.


Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with Revit, ArchiCAD, or other 3D software.
  • Knowledge of SandStat.
  • Experience in the sandwich panels / modular building industry.
