The Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Engineer to take ownership of quality management systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key position within the organization with significant visibility and impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead quality management systems aligned with IATF16949, ISO 9001, and ISO14001
  • Manage Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) and PPAP processes
  • Lead internal and supplier audits
  • Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
  • Oversee product quality assurance and validation
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
  • Deliver quality systems training


Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in automotive quality systems
  • Demonstrable experience with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
  • Lead auditor credentials
  • Strong background in quality control methodologies (SPC, PFMEA, 8D)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite and quality management systems
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally for supplier audits
